Return Policy

If your purchase was in error, spoiled, contaminated, or otherwise not consumable, you may return it within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt for an exchange or refund to the original form of payment. Keg related deposits are excluded from this 7 day return policy.

Don't have your receipt? Not a problem! We'd be glad to send that to you. Please contact us to provide some basic info about the purchase: purchase date, total purchase amount, store location and, if possible, the ClubBev! account number or phone number used for the purchase.

We are not able to accept returns in the case of overpurchase (bought more than needed for an event, etc) in CA. We invite you to use our Drink Calculator or contact your local store for assistance in estimating needed quantities prior to purchase.
