What do I need to pick up my order?

In order to protect our customers, we require that the customer (or person they've designated) provides confirmation of the order:
(1) an email containing the Order # or a screenshot of that email
(2) a text message stating “order is ready for pick up” or a screenshot of that message
If the order contains an age-restricted item, the person picking up will be asked to provide a valid ID for verification. Please note: In our AZ stores, an AZ digital ID can be used but only if the ID is presented from the Arizona Mobile Driver's License App. Digital IDs cannot be accepted in our CA and WA stores.
